DesktopMedia offers on-site or on-line, custom training only. Stock outlines may be downloaded for review, but we prefer to collaborate with our clients to customize the training outline to fit their needs. Once an outline is customized, a workorder (quote) is generated for approval and training is then scheduled based on client timeframe and trainer availability.

For our skills-based training programs, corporate clients can purchase a class to be delivered either on-site or on-line. For individuals wishing to enroll in one of our skills-based courses, registration will include a non-refundable deposit. Mixed public classes are only conducted on-line and are subject to a technology audit of your system to ensure compatibility with both our online meeting software (Webex) as well as the software used for your respective course.
