Like a physician, we like to routinely “touch” our clients to make sure that everything is in working order. A checkup, if you will, on a regular basis avoids the late night phone calls we dread … “server down, etc.” Examining everything from server functions to backups, switch and router performance, desktop and output devices, allows us to maintain your account but head off any issues before they become real problems. As your volume increases, we are there anticipating your future needs. We typically can monitor many functions via remote scripts and protocols so that you know another pair of eyes is monitoring your technical well-being.
